MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Luis Moura, the founder of Bioma Footwear Solutions. With over a decade in the footwear industry, I’ve had the pleasure of managing operations across Portugal and Spain, working with more than 20 subcontracted production sites. My background spans everything from sourcing and sustainability to product development, quality assurance, and agile supply chain management.

I’m passionate about manufacturing, sustainability and innovation and I believe these three should always work hand in hand.

That means constantly pushing to improve and rethink how we do things in this industry. I’m driven by a vision where footwear production aligns seamlessly with local markets, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and resilience. At Bioma Footwear Solutions, we are redefining traditional practices to design a more intelligent and customer-focused process for crafting shoes.
